About the role
You’ll own the design of one or two client products at a time, working in a squad with engineers, QA and a product lead. You’ll run discovery with clients, turn fuzzy goals into clear flows, and craft interfaces that hold up in production — not just in Dribbble shots.
What you’ll do.
- Run discovery workshops, user interviews and usability tests with client teams
- Turn requirements into flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Build and maintain design systems that engineers can implement with confidence
- Partner with engineers through build — reviewing implementation and edge cases
- Present work to clients and defend decisions with evidence
- Mentor mid-level designers through critiques and pairing
What you’ll bring.
- 4+ years designing digital products that shipped to real users
- A portfolio showing process — problem, options, decisions and outcome
- Expert Figma skills, including variables, components and auto layout
- Solid grasp of accessibility (WCAG 2.2) and responsive patterns
- Clear written and spoken English for client calls
Don’t tick every box? Apply anyway — we hire for potential as much as experience.
