01The challenge
ShipWise coordinated thousands of daily deliveries with spreadsheets, phone calls and WhatsApp groups. Dispatchers had no live view of their fleets, customers had no tracking, and every new client added hours of manual work.
02Our solution
We designed a multi-tenant SaaS with a live dispatch board, route optimisation and a lightweight Android app for drivers. A Go-based event engine processes location updates in real time, and Kubernetes on AWS scales the platform automatically during peak seasons.
