Case study · UI/UX Design
A research-led redesign and design system for an e-learning platform used in 30 countries.

Results
01The challenge
Brightpath had grown fast, and so had its interface: five different button styles, inconsistent navigation and a mobile experience that learners abandoned halfway through courses. Every new feature took weeks because nothing was reusable.
02Our solution
We started with a UX audit and interviews with 40 learners across six countries, then redesigned the core learning journey and built a 180-component design system in Figma and React. An AI study assistant now answers learners’ questions using each course’s own material.
03Key features
Clear progress, bite-sized lessons and smart resume.
180 accessible components shared by design and code.
Answers grounded in course content, with sources.
WCAG 2.2 AA across web and mobile apps.
